In response to Alvins conern and quesion about when the 'project will start' i can confirm that it HAS started. If your thinking of public activities like Trainings and Forums, no, none have been implemented for many simple reasons: project funds delayed, curriculums still under work on the USA, and because the coordinators have done what they had to do: familiarize with the project, develop strong partnerships and networks, 'localized' and adapted all project documents, created national project tools, promotion and currations etc etc etc. So, i might be wrong but, if you ask me, i think we are exactly where we should be. When i created the project's timeline, it was my mistake not to consider all the essentiel and important steps that needed to be done BEFORE getting into trainings and public activities. Hope this answers your question and do not hesitate if you need more clarifications
